- Description
- Xinity is a sovereign, on-premise LLM inference platform for regulated organisations in finance, healthcare, legal, public sector, and media. It is OpenAI-compatible and open-source under Apache 2.0, delivered on dedicated hardware so that AI workloads run entirely inside the customer's own infrastructure. The platform solves a specific European problem: organisations bound by GDPR and sector-specific regulation cannot send sensitive data to US-controlled cloud APIs, where the CLOUD Act creates an unavoidable conflict with European data protection law. Xinity removes that conflict by architecture rather than by contract. No conversation, document, or query leaves the customer's premises, and there is no dependency on any external provider that could be restricted, revoked, or subpoenaed under foreign jurisdiction. Because Xinity is OpenAI-compatible, existing applications integrate with minimal code changes, and the platform supports open-weight models including Europe's own sovereign models. The hardware-plus-software delivery removes the procurement and operational burden that normally makes on-premise inference difficult, giving regulated buyers predictable costs and full control over performance and data residency. Xinity is built for compliance-critical deployments, including the EU AI Act obligations taking effect in 2026, and for air-gapped or data-residency-constrained environments where cloud is not an option. Sovereign by architecture, open by licence, and European by design, Xinity gives organisations across the EU a path to adopt generative AI without surrendering control of their data or their infrastructure to non-European providers.
